It's because of his/her continued, compassion, and dedication with his/her worthwhile endeavor as a School head.Not because he/she is being paid up employee but because of his/her love, commitment and so attached to his/her choosen field of work that he/she can do tremendously attract and fullfil on what is expected in him/her as a school head. They are so gifted, talented and so loved by the parent, children, and stakeholders in thew community.
