                     I would like to request from your good office a “Permit  to Study” to continue my Doctoral Program taken at  Palompon Institute of Technology (P.I,T.).This is in line with my roles, duties and responsibilities in order  to have equipped  my knowledge , skills, and orientation in handling it as a School Head also for the purposes of the Republic Act No.9155 or better known as the “Basic Governance of Education Act of 2001” for Schoolheads’ empowerment to have Authority, Responsibility, and Accountability in running the School in consonance with the policies and programs of Department of Education (DepEd)  as  a  whole for the good of the schoolchildren and the community I’m serving.
